I discovered this morning and tonight, that I had apparently fucked up some minor bit of wiring when I was fucking around with the steering column. Now, when I turn the key to off (and even remove it) the radio and auxiliary electronics (like the cigarette lighter outlet's 12VDC output) don't go off.
